| 01 | Resigned / terminated, remained in education |
| 02 | Resigned / terminated, left education |
| 03 | Furloughed / laid off |
| 05 | School Closed (for terminating staff when a school is anticipated to close permanently prior to next school year) |
| 06 | Retired |
| 07 | Death / illness |
| 08 | Other |
| 14 | Disciplinary action |
| 15 | Retired PPID (use only if directed by PDE for PPIDs reported incorrectly in prior years that cannot be corrected) |
