Categories for Title III professional development survey.

NOTE: The data reported in all Category 1 and Category 2 must be reported in all UPPER-CASE letters to pass validation.

Title III Professional Development Activities Survey – complete template if LEA was a Title III recipient as a single subgrantee or consortium member. Data reported in Category 3 is for the school year specified on the Elementary/Secondary Consolidated Data Collection Calendar. The consortium lead is responsible in compiling and reporting the member districts to PIMS. It is the responsibility of the member district to report their individual professional development activities and counts to the consortium lead. Single Subgrantee that received Title III subsidies must complete and submit this template to PIMS. Refer to PIMS Manual Volume 1 for more information.
