This template connects a weapon to the offender and infraction. If multiple weapon types apply to the incident/offender submit multiple records;

1 - SUBMITTING AUN
The unique, 9-digit AUN assigned by the PDE.

2 - INCIDENT ID
An identifier assigned by the LEA to the incident; this identifier must be unique within each LEA per school year.

3 - OFFENDER ID
An identifier for the offender involved in an incident. Must be the same value used in Field 2 (PERSON ID) within the Person Template and in Field 3 (OFFENDER ID) of the Incident Offender Infraction Template.

4 - INFRACTION CODE
The code of the infraction for the offender. Use a constant value of 54, denoting Possession of Weapon in the Incident Offender Infraction Template.

5 - SCHOOL YEAR DATE
A single date (June 30), the last day of the current school year indicating the whole school year.

If weapons were involved, specify the type of weapon for this incident, offender, and infraction. If more than one type of weapon is involved report each type in a separate record.

7 - WEAPON COUNT
The count of weapons of the type in WEAPON CODE involved in this incident for this offender and infraction.
